Human CD45^- Cells

To see the normalised expression of a gene you can enter:

• geneSymbol (for example: Vsig4): gives you natural log normalised values calculated via scanpy.pp.normalize_total
• geneSymbol_denoised (for example: Vsig4_denoised): gives you the denoised values calculated via TotalVI

To see the denoised values of an antibody, you can enter: adt-ABname (for example: adt-Vsig4).
